- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo provided through Google or Facebook OAuth sign-in.
- Verification data (professionals): Government-issued ID, NBI Clearance, Barangay Clearance, and selfie verification photos.
- Location data: Address information you provide for service delivery and approximate geolocation to match you with nearby professionals.
- Payment information: Payment method details are processed by PayMongo. We do not store your full card numbers or e-wallet credentials.
- Usage data: Device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns.
- Communications: Messages exchanged through our in-app chat feature between clients and professionals.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To match clients with verified service professionals.
- To process payments through our escrow system via PayMongo.
- To verify the identity and credentials of professionals.
- To communicate service updates, booking confirmations, and dispute resolutions.
- To improve our Platform, analyze usage trends, and develop new features.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service professionals/clients: Limited profile information necessary for service delivery (name, booking details, address).
- Payment processors: PayMongo for transaction processing, GCash and Maya for e-wallet payments.
- Verification services: Government agencies for NBI and identity verification purposes.
- Legal compliance: When required by Philippine law, court order, or government regulation.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication through OAuth providers, and regular security reviews. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Verification documents for professionals are retained for the duration of their active status plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
